Agrarian Law

Our law firm has experience in all kinds of disputes, processes, procedures and trials in agrarian matters, before the diverse competent authorities, such as the Mexican Agrarian Prosecutor, the Mexican Agrarian Registry, the Unitary Agrarian Tribunals and the Mexican Ministry of Agrarian, Territorial and Urban Development.

Some of the processes we take care of are the following:

Limitation of lands between common lands (ejidos), communities and private property lands of individuals or companies, restitution of the lands they may have been deprived of by virtue of legal proceedings or otherwise by individuals, ejidos or communities, or in reason of the fulfillment, rescission or nullity of agreements related to the ownership of lands; or by virtue the nullity of the first deed of sales of tenants of the common land (ejidatarios) in reason of the preference right their families may have or the lack of the corresponding Expert Appraisal made by a credit institution or by the National Institute of Administration and Appraisals on National Properties (INDAABIN). As well we take care of “Amparo” proceedings against authorities and resolutions which may deprive owners from their lands or their rights thereto and disputes related with Federal zones and national lands, amongst other proceedings of similar nature.
